All vegan ingredients; all herbs and flowers grown by my own hands.

Steam herbs include rose petals and buds, lavender buds, rosemary, mint, chamomile, and more

Oil includes a base of Olive oil, Fractionated Coconut Oil, and Jojoba oil. Herbs and flowers include calendula petals, rose petals, peppermint, tea tree, and more.

Mist includes my homemade rose water, rose petals and buds, hibiscus petals, witch hazel, fresh aloe vera filet gel, and more.

What is a Yoni Steam, and how are they beneficial?

Yoni Steaming is an ancient practice, utilized for centuries to support womb well-being. It is an all-inclusive method in which a woman sits or kneels above the steam produced by the herb blend, allowing it to lightly permeate the exterior of her vagina.

The steam carries the comforting properties of the plants/herbs to the surrounding tissues, supporting  healthy circulation. The properties are absorbed directly into the bloodstream and distributed into the reproductive system where they support the body’s natural ability to heal.

Steaming is a way to care for and nurture the womb. It is non-invasive, and all natural. All herbs are grown by me, chemical/pesticide free, and made available to us from the very Earth that we walk.

How to properly steam?

  • Pour 6-7 cups of water into a clean pot and bring to boil
  • Add 25-30 grams of herbs to water and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Remove from heat and pour contents into a Yoni steam bowl (sitz bath liners are perfect)
  • Place the seat inside the toilet bowl or beneath commode
  • Wrap a towel around your waist, then sit or kneel over the steam; sit with your legs open wide for up to 30 minutes.
  • Be watchful of heat levels to avoid burns. 

After steaming, it's recommended to wait at least 24 hours before intercourse, allowing the herbs to penetrate our body. REMINDER: Steam twice a month: once before and again after your monthly cycle.
