The African dream bean, also known as Snuff box Sea Bean, Cacoon vine, Dream Bean, Sea Heart, and African Dream herb.

Properties– Onierogenic (Supports dream like states, eases inflammation and soothes arthritic conditions.

Most often, the seed is used to induce vivid dreams, enabling communication with the spirit world.

In some areas, it is used as a coffee substitute. In tincture form, it is a very potent dream herb, enhancing the vividness of your dreams, which in turn makes it easier and more likely to experience lucid dreaming-- a dream state in which you are not only aware of the dream but also have the ability to interact with it.
