Shipping policy

All orders will ship out within 10 business days, unless otherwise noted. Pre-order items, international shipments, and shipments affected by the ongoing pandemic will obviously differ. Please look for specific info throughout individual listings, through the red header bar at the top of each page of thejaggedpath.com, as well as the main intro info on the home page of thejaggedpath.com. 

Please note that buyer will be responsible for verifying Customs regulations for their own location, i.e., import taxes and products that are/aren’t allowed into their province/country/state.  Some countries have very strict restrictions regarding herbal products. Orders rejected at customs and/or returned due to rejection by customs will NOT be refunded or reissued. As stated above, you, as the purchaser, is responsible for verifying that your desired product is allowed through your country's customs department.

I reserve the right to cancel any orders I suspect as fraudulent.

Please make sure your address is correct and that you can accept package deliveries there. Shipping carriers will not leave a package at un-deliverable location. I might be a witch, but I’m horrible with directions!

 Shipping time--the time from which you have paid for your order until the day your order is handed off to the shipping carrier can be up to 10 business days, during peak times. By placing an order, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this.

⛤ ⛤ ⛤Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, The Jagged Path will not be held responsible for slow, undelivered, stolen, misdirected, weather damaged packages or packages you did not pick up. I will always do my best to help you locate a lost package, but there is only so much I can do.

If a package has not been delivered or has been lost in the mail - YOU are responsible for contacting your local post office/applicable shipping carrier. Please note that some shipments can take longer than past or future orders/longer than expected to reach you. Unfortunately, I cannot control the carrier’s timeliness. If they cannot locate a late shipment, I suggest making a claim with the carrier.  ⛤ ⛤ ⛤

 

Basic, domestic shipping is free, but each order does incur a minimal package and handling charge. International orders will incur a shipping charge.
