Purchasing any products from The Jagged Path signifies your acceptance of these statements in full and releases The Jagged Path from any and all liability. By law, I am required to say that I make no claims and create all of my products as a curiosity only, and that these products are for entertainment and educational purposes only. By ordering any of my products, you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are responsible for yourself, all of your actions, and your results.

The Jagged Path is not responsible for the mishandling of herbs, essential oils, candles, perfume oils, or any other items that I offer.  By placing an order with The Jagged Path, you agree that any order of any products from The Jagged Path are for your own personal use and not for resale.

When you agree to the Terms and Conditions of The Jagged Path, you AGREE NOT TO SUE, and acknowledge and voluntarily forever RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, The Jagged Path from any and all damages, claims, demands, or causes of action that arise out of, or are in any way connected with your transactions, in person or online from The Jagged Path, via,  www.thejaggedpath.com,  DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE.

When you agree to these Terms and Conditions, you release The Jagged Path from and indemnify them against any and all damages, costs, charges, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connections with any such claim, demand, or action. You agree to this release, assumption of risk, and agreement not to sue for yourself or on behalf of your heirs, executors, personal representatives, assigns and estates.

 

*WARNING! You must be 18 years old to purchase items. The Jagged Path is not responsible for the mishandling of any product we sell. Do not use essential oils if pregnant, lactating, or if you have sensitive skin. My products are not intended for use with infants, children, or pets, unless otherwise noted. Seek advice from a medical profession, which I am not, if you have any serious, diagnosed medical conditions or are taking prescription medications.

**Use caution when burning anything; never leave a candle or flame of any kind, unattended. The Jagged Path shall not be held responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any products offered.

 I maintain the right to revise and discontinue products at any time. I reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to cancel any orders I suspect as fraudulent.

Please make sure your address is correct and that you can accept package deliveries there. Shipping carriers will not leave a package at un-deliverable location. I might be a witch, but I’m horrible with directions!

 

⛤ ⛤ ⛤Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, The Jagged Path will not be held responsible for slow, undelivered, stolen, misdirected, weather damaged packages or packages you did not pick up. I will always do my best to help you locate a lost package, but there is only so much I can do.

If a package has not been delivered or has been lost in the mail - YOU are responsible for contacting your local post office/applicable shipping carrier. Please note that some shipments can take longer than past or future orders/longer than expected to reach you. Unfortunately, I cannot control the carrier’s timeliness. If they cannot locate a late shipment, I suggest making a claim with the carrier.  ⛤ ⛤ ⛤
