Caliente Cocoa

A delicious way to warm up from the inside out! A great way to warm up on a cool autumn evening. Imagine coming in after a long day of playing in the leaves, or maybe you've spent the day at the pumpkin patch, and are looking for an unforgettable way to warm up and soothe those chili toes!

This artisan creation is a unique blend of sweet with just a little kick! Just add hot water or your milk of choice to my Caliente Cocoa, stir, and sip. This isn't your run-of-the-mill hot chocolate mix. The addition of spices and chilies add depth and dimension to the flavor.

For extra flair, try adding a dollop of regular or cinnamon whipped cream, a handful of marshmallows, a dusting of ground grated chocolate or cinnamon, or add a cinnamon stick to use as a swizzle. Personally, I like adding peppermint schnapps or Kahlua for a decadent, rich treat.

I've created this mix by grinding cacao nibs, then adding freshly grated cinnamon, nutmeg, and dried chilies, grown in my own garden. 

To achieve the most taste-full experience possible, serve in a clay or porcelain mug, and use an authentic molinillo to froth the mixture before enjoying (not necessary, but certainly recommended).
