I have created this elixir with Diplomático Rum, produced in Venezuela from molasses and sugarcane honey, which the distillery describes as “the syrup left over after the first boiling of sugarcane,” which is slighter sweeter than molasses. Created in copper pot stills and aged in oak casks. In my personal opinion, this is the best dark Rum available at a moderate price point.

I have also incorporated Hawthorn berries into this mix, providing an extra layer of love and protection for your heart.
