Elderflower Tisane

This blend is cooling and astringent. It can be enjoyed either iced or hot. Not too sweet; honey like flavor. Eases colds and the flu.

Includes, but not limited to:  Elderflowers, lemon balm, hibiscus petals, rose petals, and valerian flowers
