This is my own personal, natural cough syrup. Very warming and soothing. Use caution and common sense when giving to children. Wash hands after handling this syrup, due to the peppers. Ingredients: Fresh cayenne pepper, ethically sourced raw honey, distilled water, fresh thyme, fresh lemons, fresh ginger
