The Jagged Path
When cold, dreary wintery weather challenges our spirit as well as our health, nothing heals better than an old-fashioned tonic. These powerful preventatives and curative healers make use of the wholesome, Therapeutic functions of coniferous trees, berries, adaptogenic herbs that help the body resist stressors of all kinds, whether physical, chemical, or biological, warming/ healing spices, and honey. This tonic will not only strengthen your body, boost your immunity and fortify your heart, it will also lift your spirit!
If the weather already has you feeling down, a teaspoon of tonic on its own or stirred into a cup of hot tea helps to ease symptoms of winter ailments, such as chest congestion, coughs, runny nose, and sore throats.
This particular tonic is inspired by a wintry, silent forest; the silence that only forms from a thick blanket of heavy snow.
It begins with multiple evergreen species--needles and cones, followed by wild berries, warming herbs, rosehips, and other healing plants, all loaded with nutrients and Therapeutic qualities that improve vigor and nurture at the deepest level.
Conifer tree needles have a deep citrusy flavor and are rich in minerals, flavonoids, vitamins, and antioxidants. They are also anti-inflammatory and anti-viral. They contain high levels of cardiovascular-protecting properties, in addition to polyprenols, which benefit us by stimulating our immune system.
All these healing plants, herbs, and resins are infused for a minimum of 6 weeks, then fresh, raw honey is added. This makes for a sweet, nourishing, healing remedy.
As with all my products, this is created in small batches to assure quality, freshness, and potency. You will receive a 120ml dark, glass bottle of tonic.
