What is a Yoni Steam, and how are they beneficial?
Yoni Steaming is an ancient practice that has been utilized for centuries to support womb wellbeing. It is a holistic method in which a woman sits or kneels above the steam produced by the herbal blend, allowing it to lightly permeate the exterior of her vagina.
The steam carries the medicinal properties of the plants/herbs to the surrounding tissues, therefore improving circulation. The medicinal properties are absorbed directly into the bloodstream and distributed into the reproductive system where they improve the body’s natural ability to heal.
Steaming is a way to care for and nurture the womb. It is non-invasive, and all natural. All herbs are organic, chemical/pesticide free, and made available to us from the very Earth that we walk.

How to properly steam?
Pour 6-7 cups of water into a clean pot and bring to boil
Add 25-30 grams of herbs to water and simmer for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and pour contents into a Yoni steam bowl (sitz bath liners are perfect)
Place the seat inside the toilet bowl or beneath commode
Wrap a towel around your waist, then sit or kneel over the steam; sit with your legs open wide for up to 30 minutes.
Be watchful of heat levels to make certain you do not get scalded.
After steaming, it's recommended to wait at least 24 hours before intercourse. Which allow the herbs to penetrate our body. REMINDER: Steam twice a month: once before and after your month cycle.
